Delilah Harden - Network Engineering Portfolio

About Me
I’m an IT Operations & Network Technician with hands‑on experience supporting users in a fast‑paced help desk environment and a growing focus on infrastructure engineering. Outside of work, I’ve built and hardened a full home lab environment that includes VLAN‑segmented networks, DNS security, reverse proxying, and multi‑node Linux systems.
I hold CompTIA A+, Network+, and CIOS certifications, and I’m actively expanding my skills in Linux administration, networking, automation, and security. My goal is to transition into a junior systems or network engineering role where I can apply my technical foundation, my passion for building reliable systems, and my habit of documenting everything I learn.
I’m driven by curiosity, security‑minded thinking, and a desire to understand technology at a deeper level than what’s visible from the help desk side.
